Conference Discription
This five-day intensive dynamic conference is devoted to exchanging ideas on how Christian leaders, Evangelist,
Shepherds, pastors, apostle, teachers, prophet and christian organizations find , create, and retain leadership talent at all levels of their Ministries. The competition for Good leadership with great leadership skills is intensifying at a time when some Christian organizations are investing more in leadership development while others are wondering if it is worthwhile to invest given the rising mobility of leaders.
Of special concern is the development of church leadership capacities that are required by congregational or governmental Ministries that are either Domestic or crossing national boundaries and building Global Holy Spirit Led Ministering Dynamic Leaders.
The Speakers bring the experiences of their own Ministries and their own personal experiences in leading Ministries and building and re-capacitating leaders to be wholly dependable on the holy spirit in increasingly, demanding, and uncertain national and global Ministries.
